How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery is typically 2–4 business days in major centres and 3–5 business days to outlying areas.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is R120 per order. Orders of R1000 and over ship free.
Are your fragrances originals?
No. Our fragrances are inspired by well-known designer scents and are independently developed through analytical methods. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of the brands referenced.
How long does the scent last?
Our Eau de Parfum concentration typically lasts 6–8 hours, depending on your skin type, the weather and where you apply it. Apply to pulse points and avoid rubbing the fragrance into your skin.
Do you test on animals?
No. We never test our fragrances on animals.
Can I return a fragrance?
Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on opened or used fragrances unless the item is faulty.
Do you offer a bundle deal?
Yes. Buy any four 50ml bottles and pay for three, with free shipping. That's R1050 instead of R1520, a R470 saving. The discount is applied automatically once four bottles are in your cart.
Can my shop stock Fusion Fragrance?
Yes, we work with independent retailers across South Africa. Apply through our Become a Stockist page and we will be in touch within two business days.
How do you handle my personal information?

How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Enter your waybill number on the DPD tracking page, linked as Track My Order in our footer.
