Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
**What we collect:** name, delivery address, email address, contact number, and order
history. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored
by us.
**Why we collect it:** to process and deliver your order, to provide support, and -
where you have opted in - to send marketing communications.
**Who we share it with:** our courier partner for delivery, and our payment provider for
processing. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
**How long we keep it:** for as long as needed to fulfil the purpose above and to meet
our legal and tax obligations.
**Your rights:** you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal
information, and you may object to processing or withdraw marketing consent at any time.
